The artist and baker behind Cake as Canvas is Huma Usmani. After moving from Canada to Pennsylvania, Huma decided to go to culinary school and completed her pastry arts diploma from the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia. She then had the great opportunity to work with some of the finest people in the industry including with Chef Dana Herbert winner of TLCs the Next Great Baker.

 

There has been no looking back. Huma decided to go on her own and Cake as Canvas was created!
